The wrap-around deck offers lounge seating and marsh views. The dining area has seating for 6. The beautiful well-stocked kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, and has countertop seating for 3.



On the second level, there is a family room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, and enjoys access to an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin-sized bed, a twin-sized bunk bed, a Smart TV, and has access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a double vanity.



Bedroom 4 is located on the top-level of the home and features a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and access to the wrap-around porch.

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet.
