Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle at North Topsail Beach! This beautifully inviting 3 level home is your ideal family vacation spot by the sea with a gorgeous light and bright great room with expansive ocean views, modern style, and a lovely kitchen with a eat-at bar in addition to the large dining area. 4 relaxing bedrooms including three queen bedrooms with sliders to oceanfront deck and balcony spaces simply add to the appeal! Outside, multiple deck spaces expand your living space out to the ground level pool that is private to this home - shared with north side of the duplex only! The beach access walkway provides quick access out to fun in the sun, and when coming in from the beach, wash the sand and sea away with the convenient enclosed outside shower with hot water!

Bed sizes: King, Queen, Queen, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Cable TV in living area and each bedroom!

DVD player for family movie night or the kids too!

Wireless high speed internet access.

Three level oceanfront balcony and deck spaces with furniture as well as street side balcony off the kitchen!

Private pool - shared with north side of duplex (pool is typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount. Only one discount per reservation.)
