• Bed Sizes: 1 King + Full Sleeper Sofa.
• Maximum Occupancy: 4.
• Living, dining, and kitchen great room with Full Sleeper Sofa and separate bedroom with 1 King bed.
• Cable TV, WIFI.
• No smoking allowed in room. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.
• Dog friendly for 1 dog with paid pet rent of $25 per night reserved. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction without refund and additional charges to guest. Policy is strictly enforced.
• Main entry covered boardwalk with Intracoastal Waterway, scenic Wrightsville Beach drawbridge, and private resort pool overlook!
• A shared paved parking lot with parking space right in front of the units!
