Inside, prepare to be welcomed by the open living area on the second level, which features ample seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to an ocean-view balcony! The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, a large island with seating for 6, and is the perfect place to prepare vacation meals. The dining area features a large dining table with seating for 12.



On the first level, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, Smart TV, access to a first-floor balcony with ocean views, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to an ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and access to a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 offers a twin bunk bed, smart TV, bay-view balcony, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower and also opens up to the hallway, making it the primary bathroom for Bedroom 5 as well. Bedroom 5 offers a full-sized bunk bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 6 features a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

On the second level, Bedroom 7 offers a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, bay-view balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Bedroom 8, which is considered the primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a beautiful ocean view balcony, a Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom access.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom


Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Beautiful Topsail Sound views as well as ocean views from balconies.

Private pool and hot tub!


Grilling allowed. Gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.


No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
