Step inside and prepare to be swept off your feet by this seaside haven, with coastal chic and comfortable furnishings throughout. The open living offers ample seating, a Smart TV, and beautiful ocean views. Access the oceanfront deck directly from the living area, where you can soak up the sea breeze. The dining area, which seats 6-8, is the perfect place to gather with your vacation crew and share a meal after a day of fun in the sun! The well-stocked kitchen offers stainless appliances, countertop seating for 3, and additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. There is a powder room conveniently located near the kitchen.



Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a twin-sized day bed, a Smart TV, a work station, and enjoys access to an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and seating on the second-floor deck. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, a twin bunk, and a Smart TV. Additionally, there is a full-sized shared bathroom.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

Ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.



Grilling allowed - gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from structure. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without a refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
