The open living area is a perfect place to unwind after a sun-soaked day, with a blend of coastal charm and comfortable furnishings. The living space boasts ample seating, a Smart TV, and breathtaking ocean views. Step onto the oceanfront deck from the living area, where you can take in expansive ocean and beach views. The dining area, comfortably accommodating 6-8 guests, serves as an ideal gathering spot for memorable meals with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen showcases sleek stainless appliances, a countertop seating for 3, and additional seating for 4 at the island. There is a powder room conveniently located near the kitchen.



Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a twin day bed, a TV with a Roku, and enjoys access to an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a workstation so that you can continue to work remotely as you enjoy your vacation. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a TV with a Roku, and seating on the second-floor deck. The is a full-sized shared bathroom closest to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, a full/twin bunk bed, and a TV with a Roku.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made before arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea-free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian-approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable to their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.



Grilling allowed - gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from structure. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



No smoking is allowed in the house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guests for additional cleaning and could result in the eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in the future.
