This contemporary two level home offers modern amenities, welcoming style, and space for up to 11! Not to mention you can bring up to 3 canine companions!!!!


Modern kitchen with counter seating as well as additional dining area, large tiled showers, luxury enclosed outside shower with spa showerhead! All-around views, community pool, community beach access, and community kayak launch just down the street make this a great retreat in walking distance to the beach!

Bed sizes: Queen, Queen, 2 Doubles, Single over Double Bunk.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans throughout the home, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all modern appliances.

3 Smart TVs that do have access to streaming apps. However, no cable, satellite, or subscriptions to apps provided.

Wireless high speed internet access

Two levels of open and covered decks with surrounding views and furniture.

Large enclosed outside shower with luxury style spa showerhead offering hot and cold water.

Carport and driveway provide parking for up to 4 cars. No on-street parking permitted.

Community pool privileges for house occupants - pool typically open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day.

Community soundside kayak boat dock/launch available - no extended or overnight docking.

Community boardwalk beach access located just across the street from the community.

Grilling allowed - must be at least 10 ft. from building. Gas grill (propane refills provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 3 dogs less than 50 lbs each permitted - $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
