Welcome to your next dream getaway on Carolina Beach, Seadragon 1! This beautiful, newly-built beach retreat features all of the modern amenities and luxuries one would expect out of a new home. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this vacation rental features ocean views and has several balconies with ocean views.



The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and access to a covered 7'x15' furnished balcony. The well-stocked, open kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-in bar. The separate dining area is a perfect place to gather after a day at the beach, with ample seating for everyone!



On the first floor, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to a balcony with ocean views, and access to an ensuite bathroom. The attached bathroom with a shower and tub combination and double vanities. Bedroom 2 features 2 twin-sized beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin bunk bed and a Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom


Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Open living area with queen-sized sleeper sofa and Smart TV.

Well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and additional island seating.

Ocean views from a 7'x15' covered deck.

Parking for 3 cars is available.



Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



No grilling allowed. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



Three dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed with paid pet rent of $28.58 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea-free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian-approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
