This newly renovated first floor, beach front condo offers a fabulous ocean view, with only one flight of stairs to climb! The open living area has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a 65” Roku enabled television, 2 reclining chairs, and a view to dream about. The deck is large with a remote-controlled fan, 4 Adirondack chairs and a 3 person glider. The master suite features a queen bed, full bath with shower, walk-in closet, Roku enabled television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a deck overlooking Carolina Beach Ave. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a Roku enabled TV. The hall bath has a full tub/shower combination and houses the washer and dryer.



The Winds complex features private beach access, a community swimming pool, and covered parking. There’s a storage closet under the unit to store your beach chairs, toys, etc. (not locked) The complex is located within walking distance to the Boardwalk and the Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina. The boardwalk has many dining options, shops, nightlife, etc. On Thursday nights, during the summer, there are free fireworks on the beach, with live bands playing at the boardwalk. The marina is a two-minute walk, where you can book a fishing charter boat or take an evening dinner/dance cruise. The complex is a short drive from North Carolina Aquarium in Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum, Southport-Fort Fisher Ferry, and Freeman Park, where you can drive on the beach.

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed inside at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



No Tenant Pets Allowed At Any Time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to bring pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
