The additionally provided community day dock for small boats is perfect for kayak launching if you want to glide along the coastal estuaries just out your back door!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit.

5 Smart TV’s with access to cable and streaming apps.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Streetside upper and lower decks with ocean to sound views provide furniture for a sunny or shaded view!

Back of house upper and lower decks add space for ocean to sound views with furniture for seating.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Carport and driveway parking for up to 6 cars only. No parking off driveway or on street.

Grilling allowed, gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No Smoking Allowed in House or Outside on premises at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Tenant Pets Allowed at any time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.

“Lovely house in a great location. Walk across the street to the beach. Private access and not at all crowded. Private street with mostly neighbors who live there all year. Met two of them. Couple across the street invited us to happy hour! House is very nice with everything you need. Great decks with lots of chairs. Our three kids each brought a friend and there was plenty of room. “Great place! Here on golf trip with 5 other guys. Couldn’t get a better location and the house was perfect. Kayak rental right in the back yard, which we walked over and did one day after golf. Half-way between Surf City and Snead’s Ferry where Northshore Golf Club is located. Highly recommend Rick’s Sports Bar in Snead’s Ferry. Great views from the house. “Really nice house. Girls trip with all ages. Bunk room was nice for kids. Love the front decks and the chairs. Girls loved the porch swing. Sat out there all night. Lots of great restaurants in both directions. There is a public beach nearby, but this house has private beach access right across the street and was not at all crowded.
