The top level great room provides beautiful Atlantic Ocean views and offers ample living area seating with the sectional sofa. The dining area provides seating for family meals while the modern kitchen with stainless appliances and gorgeous cabinetry additionally offers bar seating. The upper level Queen bedroom includes a private balcony with surrounding views! Three soothing sleeping spaces are provided with a Queen bed in each bedroom on the lower level. The lower level master bedroom offers access to the lower level covered porch with furniture and an enclosed outside shower with hot water. Exterior stairs connect this to the upper level main deck off the living area providing a covered deck area with furniture as well. Head down to the beach via the private beach access or walk a few blocks into downtown Topsail Beach to enjoy family-friendly shops and restaurants.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, modern kitchen with stainless appliances!

3 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

Upper level deck off the living area offers beautiful expansive ocean views and multiple seating options. Lower level master bedroom offers direct access to oceanfront deck. Lower level streetside bedroom offers private balcony.

Enjoy the beach via the private connected beach access walkway.

Parking for up to 4 cars in the provided carport and driveway areas. No parking or blocking driveway for Town home A.

Check in via keyless access with Smart Lock main entry.

Grilling is not permitted at any time. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed inside or outside anywhere on the premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs are permitted with payment of pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During the week after Labor Day through the week before Memorial Day excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During Memorial Day Week through Labor Day Week and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: No partials permitted - only full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
