The floor to ceiling windows in the large great room play up those Topsail Sound views and help you capture those sound side sunsets in all their glorious splendor! Bring your boat and take it out for a sunset ride. Relax and watch the sun go down from any one of the multiple decks provided from ground floor to top floor. Two balconies face toward the ocean side of the providing even more views and the opportunity to see the sun as it rises over the Atlantic Ocean! The private beach access across from the end of the drive makes for a quick walk to the beach!

Bed sizes: King, Queen, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunk Beds, Double Pull Out Sofa in the Study.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Top level living area as well as lower level sitting area and den!

3 Smart TVs with Roku and streaming access to apps, 2 DVD players.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Open decks and covered porches with furniture and views!

Private soundfront pier with floating boat dock (boat lift not available).

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Private beach access across from driveway to house.

Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.
