Driveway parking provides space for up to 3 cars and a boat or RV. No parking allowed off driveway. This policy is strictly enforced.
Streetside covered porch to enjoy the sea breeze and surroundings! Around back, enjoy the screened porch as well!
Grilling allowed - no grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking or vaping allowed in house or outside anywhere on premises at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No Pets Allowed At Any Time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are permitted in advance with a minimum of 2 nights stay year-round!
