Bed sizes: King, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunks, Study with Single, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Double Futon in living area; Note: Master bedroom closet is locked owner storage and not accessible to tenants. Owner provides hanging wardrobe for master bedroom.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Elevator.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
1 cable (digital service) TV, DVD/Blu-ray player.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Two level covered porches with sound views and furniture.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
No grilling allowed on premises. There are community grills provided in common area.
Smoking allowed outside only - no smoking inside.
No tenant pets allowed.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways are not permitted. Only weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
Community Pool and Hot Tub (pool generally open Memorial day through Labor day - hot tub under repair, unavailable until further notice).
Community boat dockage and community boat ramp.
Community beach access across from the end of Observation Lane.
