Up a short landing is the kitchen and dining area which overlook the ocean as well. Also on this level is one bedroom and bath. Upstairs, the landing overlooks the living area with gorgeous ocean views. Down the hall is a the master bedroom with a private en suite bath and a private oceanfront balcony! Additionally on this level is a third bedroom and a hall bath. Via stairs in this third bedroom, the attic space and fourth bedroom are located on the third level! This unique room is set up for multiple use as a lounge space and sleeping space -perfect for the kids and the kids at heart! Step outside and enjoy the many deck spaces provided while taking in that seaside vista. Enjoy some sunny meditation on the main deck with built in seating and furniture or appreciate the surrounding beauty from the deck area with built in seating on the front dune. Head down to the beach via the private walkway and path to take a stroll or splash in the waves. When coming back in from the each, make use of the convenient rinse off station on the main deck walkway or head down the side stairs to partake of the roomy enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water complete with a dressing area.

Bed sizes: King, Queen, 2 Doubles/Fulls, 2 Twins. Note: 2 Twins bedroom is accessed via stairs in the 2 Doubles/Fulls bedroom.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker.

1 Smart TV with access to streaming apps as well as 2 TVs with access to cable.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Expansive oceanfront deck with built-in seating and adirondack chairs and other furniture.

Outdoor dining area on the covered porch just off the main dining room perfect for enjoying morning beverage of choice while viewing the sunrise or evening cocktails watching the colors of sunset.

Second floor private balcony with furniture is located off the master suite.

Beach access walkway also provides a deck area with built-in seating on the front dune.

Large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and provided dressing area.

Additional outside rinse-off shower on the oceanside deck walkway.

Driveway and carport parking for up to 5 cars.

No Grilling Allowed at any time. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No Smoking Allowed in House at any time. Smoking is allowed outside on the premises. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Tenant Pets Allowed at any time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
