A master suite with en-suite on this floor additionally offers its own access to the deck. The middle level awaits with 4 additional inviting bedrooms, 2 of which are soundfront master suites with en-suites and sound views. Streetside on this level, enjoy the rocking chair style porch! Walk out from the soundside ground level patio area to appreciate the home's soundfront location from the private dock and small sandy beach area at low tide! The beach is only a short 2 block walk! Also walking distance to Topsail Beach's quaint downtown shops and restaurants!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Elevator!

Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Upscale kitchen with Keurig coffee maker.

5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

Books, board games, and puzzles!

Wireless high speed internet access.

Fireplace not available for tenant use at any time.

This home does not provide keyless entry - guest must pick up and return keys to rental office.

Parking for up to 5 cars and a boat trailer with 2 car garage and driveway.

Private boat dock on deep water (boat lift is not available for tenant use at any time). Dock area has power and fresh water.

Sandy beach area just off the bulk head at low tide!

Public beach accesses with parking 900 feet north and east at Hines Ave and 1100 feet south an east at Scott Ave!

Grilling is not permitted at any time. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Tenant Pets Allowed at any time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.

This home may be available for monthly rentals October - April. Inquire for details.
