In a fantastic location just a few blocks south of downtown Topsail Beach, this home is equidistant to the Atlantic Ocean and Topsail Sound with only about a block walk to the ocean or sound! Sidewalks out front allow guests to walk or bike while taking in the surrounding views!

Public beach access at the beginning of Drum Ave. just a block away!Only a few blocks and a very short driving distance from Topsail Beach's public sound side access #1 at the southern tip of Topsail Beach which provides parking, bathrooms, and a great sandy beach area!
