Additional parking available at the clubhouse lot.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Well equipped kitchen.
3 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

'A' and family, Aug 2021: This home is Just Stunning ? Last Minute Vacay!!!
Thank you for this wonderful stay! - It is better than described and pictured! We decided to soak up a little more Summer fun before school starts! Your home helped us do that We brought our wave runners and enjoyed zipping around in the sound (bay). The kids enjoyed watching all the bait fish from the dock. The short walk to the beach was a huge bonus! We were lucky to Catch some AMAZING Sunsets from the end of the canal! We are looking forward to showing off all of the awesome shells! It has been an incredible week in we hope to come back

The Smiths, June 2021: Thank you for opening up your home to guests! We had an amazing week and can't wait to come back to Topsail. This was our first vacation as a family of 5 and I can't imagine a more perfect place to have spent it! We tried to go to all of your suggested spots, none of them disappointed1 Our kids really liked Fractured Prune, they spent many mornings out on the dock enjoying their sprinkle donuts. Your kitchen was the perfect spot to make all of our meals, thank you for having it so well equipped! The coffee pot was well used this week by mom, dad, and grandma! We got to go on a dolphin cruise, watch our kids play in the sand and ocean for hours, teach our middle child how to swim in the pool, tour the sea turtle sanctuary, walk to get ice cream and play on the playground, and tonight we are going to watch the fireworks! Such a fun, busy week full of excitement and laughter. Thank you again!

The Bennetts, June 2021: Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We had an amazing time as a family here this week! We have never been to Topsail and what an Adventure that did not disappoint. It was lovely. We said multiple times this week that we would never forget this summer trip and that we felt it was the best house here! There was so many fun things to do, we didn't even get to everything we wanted to do! The one thing I can say is don't miss out on taking your loved ones out on the beach to see Christ's beautiful work He has blessed us with for the Sunrise!

Eric et al, June 2021: It was a wonderful week to take time to drink the sunshine, play in the waves, and laugh with the ones we love. Thank you for opening your home to guests and warmly welcoming us as the first of this season! Our boys made fast friends with a neighbor and it was great to watch them play hide and seek tag well into the evening! We found fishing with shrimp bait most successful, and we all loved reeling in the little guys before throwing back again. We enjoyed the laziness of simply soaking in the sun on the sand and taking about everything and nothing. Perhaps the best hours for my soul were the unhurried cups of coffee and walks on the beach and an hour of solitude reading a book each morning. We loved kayaking, fishing, teaching the boys about a new telescope we bought for the trip. It was a lovely week with family and friends, in a love home in a perfect location. Thank you for sharing ALL of your home with us!
