This home's open deck and covered porch spaces complete with a welcoming porch overlooking the marsh all that give you multiple outdoor options to enjoy the peace of the location while the updated, light, and bright interior welcomes you to your island vacation stay! Walking distance to Shagger Jack's, and in a quiet neighborhood with front porch views of the marsh! Private pool!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level - ground level, minimal stairs!
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker.

Beach toys and, beach chairs provided. Beach access with parking is 3 blocks east (less than 1/2 a mile)!
Driveway parking for up to 2 cars.
Smoking allowed outside - no smoking inside at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - gas grill (gas refill reimbursements provided when receipts for gas refill purchases are provided to realty company).Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No Pets At All. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are permitted with a 3 night minimum stay year-round.
This home may also be available for Off season winter monthly rentals between October - April. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.
