This beautifully mid-century craftsman style cottage is a unique find - the residential neighborhood offers a slice of suburbia with a location just off K Avenue literally only 6 blocks west of downtown Kure Beach's quaint shops, restaurants, oceanfront pier, and welcoming sandy shores! Use the beach cart and beach items provided and walk over to the beach ! And when you just want to stay in and relax, this gorgeous home offers a wonderfully relaxing style with furnishings and areas designed to help you wind down! The main entry opens into the modern great room with an open style living, dining, and kitchen area - down the hallway are bedrooms and baths.

Outside, take in the surrounding views and ocean breezes from the front porch, front yard sitting area, or the the wood plank open deck areas in the privacy-fenced back yard!



There are 2 outdoor cameras, they face the walk up to the front of the house, as well as face the car park.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with beds pre-made with with professionally freshly laundered linens for your safety and convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Electric fireplace in living area with remote!

5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

Books, games, puzzles.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Streetside porch with seating, front yard seating area, and back yard wood plan decking with furniture!

Parking for up to 3 cars in driveway - limited additional parking on-street.

Public beach access with parking at the beginning of K Avenue!
Grilling allowed - gas grill provided! Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced

No smoking allowed in house or outside on premises at any time - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Partial Week Getaways:

• During September through May excluding holiday weeks partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During June through August and holiday weeks partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival within a Saturday-Saturday time frame only.
Ask about an Active Duty Military Discount for active duty military or immediate family of active duty military. Only one discount per reservation. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

After submitting your reservation:



Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from Carolina Retreats Vacations directing you to use the link therein to ESign your Vacation Rental Agreement. Your acceptance and submission of this document is required for any stay with Carolina Retreats Vacations as Carolina Retreats Vacations conducts business in accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. Check In cannot be permitted without a properly completed ESign Vacation Rental Agreement on file.

Tenants are responsible for abiding by all terms and conditions and instructions in the Vacation Rental Agreement, in printed information provided to Tenants, and in the vacation homes.
If you have requested a dog friendly house and will be bringing dogs, please be sure to notify our Vacation Planner so that your reservation can be adjusted accordingly. Pet Rent and any other option not included in the original quote must be paid to Carolina Retreats Vacations directly. You will be provided with a secure payment portal to make any such payments.
Your request is not finalized until one of our Vacation Planners has personally verified your information. All reservations submitted must be finalized and confirmed with signed agreement by no later than 3 days following the date of the reservation request.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have your agreement as needed.

As we approach your arrival dates, you will be provided with communications from Carolina Retreats Vacations via your email and your cell #. Please ensure that Carolina Retreats Vacations has your correct information.
