Choose a Summer Place for your vacation spot and experience the views of the ocean, Serenity Point pond, and the bird sanctuary that exists in the dunes on the end of Topsail Beach. Upon entering, expect to be welcomed by the tropical tranquil feel given by the furniture and décor of the home. Expect to find a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker! After enjoying a family breakfast at the table seated for 6, enjoy the sunrise on the street side porch and deck while taking in the views of the pond before using the community beach access located right across the street! In the evening while you unwind with your favorite shows in the bedroom and enjoy the gorgeous views of the sun creeping down with the sounds of the ocean in the distance. Downstairs, expect to find a modern picnic table with chairs, so you can enjoy the summer cool evenings after a nice long day at the beach. After your stay, it will be easy to see why this is everyone’s favorite summer place!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Loft bed and sleeper sofa are not pre-made.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday to Saturday time frame.
