Loggerhead Inn & Suites Policies

General Policies

• Must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
• Check in begins at 3 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check out is by NO LATER THAN 11 AM on the day of departure.
• Pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st; may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.
• No Smoking Permitted in ANY rooms (guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration).
• Grilling is not permitted on, in, or under any structure. Grilling must take place a minimum of 10 feet from any structure. Check with Management if you have any questions on grilling. No open fires allowed.
• No Home Appliances in Rooms other than those provided.
• Every effort is made to ensure that all information and photographs in Topsail Realty’s advertising are accurate and complete. However, Topsail Realty cannot be held responsible for possible typographical errors; omissions; price changes; changes in taxes; changes to Terms and Conditions; or changes made in furnishings, equipment, or bed arrangements. Topsail Realty reserves the right to correct any errors.
• Completion of online Terms and Conditions and initial payment for stay is required within 3 days of booking and/or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.
• Guests will be provided with online access to complete information electronically including online payment of total balance. MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card are accepted.
• A valid credit card is required for reservation.

Pet Friendly Policies

• Loggerhead Inn offers dog friendly Rooms – these rooms each permit 1 dog with paid pet rent of $25 plus tax per night reserved. This amount is not included in initial Quote for your stay and is to be paid prior to arrival.
• Dog-Friendly Rooms: Room 1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4, Room 5, Room 6, Room 7, Room 9, Room 10, Room 11, Room 12, Room 14
• All other rooms are NO TENANT PETS ALLOWED.
• The only dogs permitted must be friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. No other pets are permitted.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture.
• We understand that many dogs naturally shed – guests should take steps to remove pet hair prior to check out.
• Guest is responsible for any accidental damages that occur such as carpet stains or damage to walls, floors, or furniture.
• Unreported pet damages may result in additional charges to guests.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations prior to 7 days of arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be responsible for the entire reservation total. For Third-Party Reservation Cancellation Policies, refer directly to the Third-Party Site.
• Prepay & Save Rate Cancellation Policy
  Prepay & Save exclusive offers are non-refundable rates that require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non refundable under any and all cancellation circumstances.
• Reservations booked through Third Parties will be held accountable to Third Party Cancellation Policies. Refer to original third-party reservation for more details.

Deposit Policy

• At time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm reservation. The remaining reservation balance is collected 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is within 7 days of arrival, a 100% deposit is required. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in. All guests must provide a valid and current credit card to remain on file.
• Guests understand that they shall not be entitled to any refund or rebate due to acts of nature, unfavorable weather, disruption of internet or utility services, malfunctioning or missing equipment/appliances/furnishings, surrounding construction and associated noise, beach nourishment construction, or any other situation occurring not under our control. Guest agrees to vacate upon a mandatory evacuation order or if in hotel management’s sole discretion deems it in the best interest of the guest to vacate.
• Prepay & Save Rate requires a 100%, non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
