In 2018, the Loggerhead Inn was purchased by Loggerhead Holdings LLC with a vision to thoroughly renovate and bring the Inn back to life. After a long 18 month process, the “new” Loggerhead Inn & Suites was opened back to the public in 2021. Today the Inn offers 29 coastal chic guest rooms, a private swimming pool, outdoor common area and gathering spaces, and an unbeatable location in the middle of “town” in Surf City on Topsail Island, North Carolina.

Throughout the years the Inn was added on to as demand grew for affordable, family-oriented places to vacation on Topsail Island. Today the Inn offers 29 guest rooms, a private swimming pool, and an unbeatable location in the middle of Topsail Island.

The revitalized Inn now has all the structural and modern updates and safety features of a 21st Century coastal property, while retaining the local charm and history of a motel that’s been operating on Topsail Island since the 1950’s.
