Policies for Gatherings at Loggerhead

  • Maximum Capacity: Up to 60 people.
  • Gathering Space includes outdoor pergola area (includes seating up to 24 under pergola) and surrounding space (includes two picnic tables). Grills are available for guest use. Loggerhead Inn & Suites does not provide any other tables, chairs, or cooking equipment. There is no indoor gathering space.
  • Facility Fee: $100 per hour (no Facility Fee for whole-hotel group rentals).
  • Pool use is for registered hotel guests only.
  • Set up, break down, event coordination, food & beverage services, etc. is the responsibility of event group, and may be performed by vendors.
  • Food & Beverage: Caterers and Food Trucks must be approved, licensed, and insured. Event group and vendors are responsible for trash and cleaning up food & beverage items. Caterers require an ABC Permit to serve alcohol.
  • Event guests must acknowledge that other hotel guests may be present in shared spaces, and should be respectful of other guests and quiet hours.
  • Events must be completed and cleaned up by 9pm to adhere to hotel quiet hours.
